You should be able to download the product file. When you say "have not been able to download" what do you mean? Are you getting an error? You can find the item under your Account/Purchased Items and use dropdown to sort by vendor or search by product name. I looked and the product files are available. and I have reset your downloads on them. Try downloading now. 😄
