srsly guys??? it's trivial but.. how many posts am i supposed to write on this subject until i get 1 single little official answer????? it's jan 31st, so you have like 5hrs in my time and 12hrs in rendo time until january is over.

is it sooo hard to write "sorry everyone, for reason xxxx there won't be any newsletter freebie in january 2020"? no freebie is either not very important, in which case i don't see any shame or problem acknowledging it - or it is a big issue, in which case it shouldn't happen so make it happen... just ignoring it silently is neither organized nor professional nor customer-friendly.

if something irks me to no end, it's situations where things aren't said properly, and just swept under the carpet. or posts with questions to the powers that be that are not answered. it irks me actually even more than the non-existent freebie, srsly.
