In my reference.. if you take most Poser Figures, including LaFemme and move the thighs towards center until something touches, it is often the side of the feet, maybe ankles using a Zeroed Figure.

her thighs would touch first,probably ok for end users but seems like it would be a pita for anyone creating clothes (pants) for her though
