For a full body pose:

First popup, type in name of the pose

Include Graphs unchecked

Select Subset (ignore unless you want a partial body pose)

Click OK

Next popup:

Choose either of these only if you wish to thoroughly tick off your customers :-)

Morph Channels only if you want the empty morphs in your figure to show in the pose

Body Transformation will move the figure from where the user has their figure to YOUR position on the screen

Click OK

Save Frames

Leave it on Single Frame unless you are saving an animated pose

Click OK
