If you want to zero EVERYTHING out, there are options in the Figure menu

(Zero Rotations turns the pose to default - by zeroing the rotations of every body part - and Zero Figure turns everything back to default including morph dials)

If you need multiple specific body parts then I'm afraid only one by one or by using scripts.
