Hi.
We do have a very thorough testing process for products. But unfortunately we are human and things get through. We have confirmed the issue as you have shown it and we are sorry it has this issue. We will contact the vendor to correct. Do you wish to get a refund, which we will happily do, or do you wish to wait for the item to be corrected and updated?
