Thanks for responding!
I was not able to locate anything that said: 'close account', so- after calling- I posted this message.
I will open a new account in the next 24 hours, and if I have any problems, I will post a message.
also... I will make sure that the old account is closed. If it isn't, I may check back with you, also.
