I installed Eternal Judy via my purchases tab and she will not load. I am trying other things that are installed via purchases tab such as the adHorse which seems to load fine. What do I need to do to make sure Eternal Judy loads fine in Poser 11.3?

Do you have the original Judy installed? Eternal Judy requires P5NudeWoman.OBJ Also, since the product page says you need to use RTEncoder maybe you need to manually install it so you can extract the new .obj.

Where are the purchases downloaded? Are they in my documents or public documents?

From what I can see, there is no pathway for downloaded content, just installation. I would suggest going to your account and download the files from your purchases. Because of the uniqueness of this particular file, created very long ago, you are better off stalling it manually with the RTEncoder.

Best workflow would be to re-download the "Eternal Judy" product manually to a designated folder, make sure you have the RTEencoder ... follow the instructions from there. I highly recomend the product and it's add-ons to extend the use of the Judy figure.

Okay I found the Eternal Judy but I cannot find Judy 5.

I have searched around why Poser5 Nude Woman object (P5 Judy) does not appear in Poser 11. At the time Poser 5 was released, there was no provision for P5 Judy nude to be included on the installation disk. It became a freebie download from Content Paradise with registration serial number. However, and from what I understand, P5 Judy nude was included in Poser 7 as part of the installation. Why she was not included in the following Poser versions is beyond me. I would need to reload P7 to verify if I can find my disc. Unfortunately, the only place that the file exists no longer exists. Maybe Bondware might have access to it or has included it in Poser 11 legacy folders. I would need to check.

If anyone has Judy and is willing to share her with you, they are welcome to do so. We were not given all the legacy content from Smith Micro, and as you know, they now actively refuse to answer any inquiries regarding poser or content.
