Yes, that is the shirt I was talking about. And you are correct, I mistook the body parts for the material zones. The shirt part has the transparency set to 2. All the other shirt parts have the transparency set to 1. I tried setting the shirt transparency to 1 and now it all renders. Attached is the Material settings for the shirt.
