I backed up the preferences myself by copying this folder:
C:\Users[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Poser Pro\11
user name is whatever your user name is on your system.
I'm running on a Windows machine.
When testing if the necessary files are in the runtimes, I turned off the search for files option in preferences:
