The basic program is free, just the individual licenses could get expensive if you decide to collect all that's available. In my opinion, it's hit or miss although I haven't used it extensively to convert batch clothing for any particular figure. It's analogous to Morphing Clothes but less brute force. Again, I don't too many experiences with the software so my expertise is very limited. Evilinnocense does have some free licenses for older figures if you care to try it without restrictions.
