For someone with time, accuracy and patience to work but not to wait, the FaceTextureConverter is an example of an 'all Poser' method of conversion that I expect would work for provisional conversion of LaFemme/LHome face textures You will have to make your own morphs of the cloth panes of course. The docs tell you how to do this.

The uv mapping pattern of the PE body was too different from V4's to be covered with this method, but LF and LH uv maps look pretty similar to V4 and M4 's so should be doable with some masks and layers.

If you want to convert head and feet also it may be doable but things will get pretty tedious. Best keep the original LF/LH texture below, tinted to meet the target, and overlay the characteristic details with soft edges.
