How old are the products that you purchased? The current guidelines state a product must be refenced from the runtime directory for just the reasons you state. However, some products created before the guidelines were put into place may not be set up this way. I don't remeber the exact date thes guidelines were put into place but products in the store later than the end of April should conform to this. If not please contact the store and artists. I am sure they will want to know if something is wrong with the product.
