What you have is the morph

Also what you have is the rig.

What you don't have is alignment between the two.

Or so I'm guessing. I'm going completely blind here. So I'm making assumptions that the head part actors are out of whack with the head morph.

I would laod the girl morphs onto M4 and export the result to a modeler or sculpting tool, not worrying about the rig. I would scale and adjust the objects to how I liked it with those tools, smooth out the distortions at seams, which I'm assuming there are. And apply the whole morph that you just cleaned up externally to a fresh M4. Load full body morph. Then I would adjust the rig to the morph by using copy centers to morph. If you're having problems scaling and positioning in Poser, cut out the middle man and use Poser to adjust to the rig at the end. You'll have a lot easier time with external tools.

That's about the only advice I can offer.
