LOL. Although the "acting" wasn't exactly as it would have been if it were real people, I have played all the Final Fantasy video games, and this movie was like the animation sequences in, say, FF7 and FF8. More 8 than 7, however, because 7 took the anime route where 8 tried to be more realistic in everything, including the characters you saw on the regular game-play screens. The movie made the movie sequences from the video game look a bit "dinky" because they made it better. I wasn't looking for anything more than the video game movies when I entered the movie theatre, so I suppose that's why I was so delighted when I saw the picture. But on a side note, I own Maya 2.0 and would have loved it if they passed along those things we spoke about earlier. LOL ;o) '~~Ri~~'
