at the top of the viewport, select the figure and \ or actor that you want to see,

Then under the display menu, select Frame Selected. or pess ctrl+shift+=

the camera will jump to where you want to go.

N.B. frame selected does not appear to work *well" on the "Body" actor, so if you want to jump to a particular figure, select the figure and then select a body part like chest or hip.
