Here are some other options:
Vue. You know about the ability to import a Poser scene to Vue, right? That still works perfectly and has been perfected over many years. Vue is, of course, designed specifically for working with vast scenes, and has a built-in and also a third-party 'mover' script.
Windows VM on a Mac. You might try running Poser in a virtual instance of Windows, on your Apple Mac. That should, I would imagine, enable you to run the Windows-only helper scripts for large scenes.
Hire a scripter: If you work with lots of big scenes, a lot, then it's probably worth your while to find a Python coder and pay them $50 to make the 'Snap To' and other scripts run on a Mac.
