I would assume you'll still be able to install the Flash and Adobe AIR Windows installers alongside Poser 10, although these may have to be old versions of the installers and not the latest (somewhat) secure versions of these. Flash is extremely insecure even with the latest Adobe support patches. Adobe AIR is less so, so long as you have the latest version. I guess you try it and see. You may have to live with having insecure Flash installed, in which case you would not want to run any Web browser that had native access to it (e.g. Internet Explorer).
The ideal would be either that you get PzDB and use that as your library with Poser 10. Or that you get the upgrade to Poser 11. Or that you wait for Poser 12 and then upgrade from Poser 10 on what may hopefully be a bargain introductory offer. But either of these routes is somewhat costly.
