Laurie - You can't turn off IK in the boots because they don't have IK to begin with. I experimented with putting IK in the boots, but it didn't really work well so I left it out. I just checked this again today to make sure. Pokeydots - The cuffs are in the materials list, just not by themselves. There are two layers. The outer layer is "Frill" and the inner layer is "Lining". The Black Lace MAT pose sets lining to 100% transparency max and 100% transparency min, but does not apply a trans map. It should get rid of the lining when rendered, so that you only see the black lace.
