I always use the magnets to make the GARMENT bigger and leave the flesh to do it's own thing. But I'm in the midwest. Serpentis, the solution to the shoe problem--and I say this in all seriousness--is to buy Jim's shoes and get his foot morphs for Vicky. His shoes fit perfectly whereas most of the other ones you will find require the invisibility trick. Jim's skirt and sweater set at DAZ has a really nice set of high-heels included.
