You don't say if you're on Windows or Mac.

Finding an older version of Flash and the newest update for Poser 9 might work, but unfortunately the only real solution is to upgrade. Flash is going away very soon.

Another possibility is to use Windows Explorer instead of the file library. It's a bit cumbersome, but it works.
