Atmosphere can be done in Poser, but it does take some futzing around. I once wrote a quick tutorial on how to set up Atmospherics in Poser, but yeah, it's gonna come out looking mainly like fog or standing under a street lamp. I checked, but what I wrote has mainly disappeared. But NERD3D has some advice on his website. It is from Poser 5 though.

If you'd like, I'll go through my files again and see if I can find the missing pages on Poser Atmospherics. The thing is, most of what's missing actually comes from the Reference manual.
