Describe exactly what you want to accomplish with Queue Manager? It is simply one of the render options available to you. Like render in background, it makes Poser available for further asset tweaking while rendering. If you have a second computer, you can farm the rendering process to it freeing up your resources on the primary machine. The network rendering works fine for Firefly, not for Superfly.
