Set texture filtering to crisp or none for all maps. You don't want strong anti-aliasing close to the border of a UV island, hence the introduction of the crisp setting. Texture filtering default of Quality is usually only useful for avoidance of moire pattern effects with certain tiling patterns. Crisp was introduced after Poser 7 to deal with UV seams being visible with the existing filtering options.

Set transparency to 1 and edge and fall off to 0. Make sure transmaps are gamma 1. If edge is still apparent adjust transmap in an image editor, contract area of black (complete transparency) further in on uv island.
