You're not the only one that thought Sparky and MrSparky were the same person. 
She also has some products in the HW store, though not the dog breeds. I think the animal morphs you mentioned are in her HW store as well, or at least the Reindeer for Dawn and Dusk, as well as a Cat for Dawn.
