Hello, I have similar issues, but with the Poser Grab Bag. I had a "normal" product in my cart, plus the Poser Grab Bag, and after having paid my order, no product was shown for download. Not the product that I have paid for, and not the free item. Order #: 113568142. Moreover, when trying to follow the hint you gave above, I stepped into my account and not any of my previous orders was shown there, only the "empty" new order.
