I can try Queue Manager in Poser 12 if does use GPU like with OptiX or just normal with CUDA, can you please check Notifications if there are not errors, be sure you are not using Ambient Occlusion(usually you will find them in older shaders), if Ambient Occlusion is in the shaders usually it will trigger CUDA error and SuperFly won't render that
