You could try doing this. In a new Scene BEFORE you put in any movements make several New Layers. That way the New Layer won't have any of the Base Layer movement applied to it. Since you are just putting in Secondary movements select a Layer and while still in Replace (since that is the only mode where you can make changes) apply your Secondary movement. Once you are fully finished with that Layers movements then you can change the Mode from Replace to Add. When you have all the layers finished Un check the Include in Playback check box. for each Layer. Then you can put in the movements on the Base Layer.
