I'm using Win 10 Pro with 32 GIGs of RAM, an i9 9900, DS installed on an SSD, and an RTX 2080... I'm not seeing any issues. Things render quickly, including the items you mentioned.

Bear in mind that a lot of different factors can effect your performance.
