7 years and RHaseltine is about the only help you will get from DAZ. My opinion Richard has helped DAZ retain a few dozen customers. DAZ is in business to sell you content, period. Customer service and customer satisfaction is not high on their list. Never forget they abandoned a few hundred customers, and left well know broken apps in the store for years. As long as it sells and only a few people go for a refund, there is no reason to remove it.
