I followed your instructions and checked everything : the modifications are OK now, Adobe Air is installed on my computer, but as Casette : no libraries. Maybe because I use this version of Poser 9
I don't have the "External Launch Behavior" option. Thank you very very much for you help.

@Azath I understand you but I'm working both Poser 9 and DS. If I need a paid update for a software I purchased and the current owner isn't interested in releasing a patch that fixes this bug, maybe is time to close finally my Poser and focus in DS.

And as far as I know there isn't already an update from Poser 9 to 10.-
