The store is closed because HW is moving all their products here to Renderosity, and most of the CAs are doing the same with their products.
The forums, however, are still there, and will continue to be there. Hmmmm, I wonder why you can't access it. I know you haven't been there in a while, but that shouldn't make a difference. Anyway, I'll try to do it up again, and zip it up for you.
