another thing to be wary of are the geograft shoes.

geografts don't merge with the mesh in Carrara. It punches a whole in the mesh, messing up the uvs. Results in weirding looking artifacts in textures.

one workaround is to edit the dsf file of the shoes. delete the geograft section in the file.
