Huh. I just tried again, and it works fine for me. Though it takes awhile, the file being so huge.

Maybe try a different browser? Or a download manager. I'm using Pale Moon, FWIW, just because that's the browser I always use, unless there's some reason to use a different one. (I did have to allow scripts for Github to get it to download.)
