Oil Paint is there ... Program files>Adobe>Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 bit)>required>Plug-ins>Filters When I launch Photoshop it is in a section above the standard "artistic, blur, brush strokes ..." list section where stylize is. I tried to copy and paste it to Plug-ins above the "required" folder, but it didn't show up. I may have to take this to Adobe to figure out. This is a little frustrating and I am so glad you guys are trying to help me.
