Very nice render. That hint of realism with the lighting and HDR. I like the palms and their translucent leaves.

Thank you ? The result on the palms have impressed me. This is thanks to Caisson: his explanations on how to use PrincipledBSDF are so precious. And for what concerns the leaves, you will find the details in this post and the following ones.

The lighting only comes from the hdr bitmap on the background node, and (my feelings) from the material used for the windows
