Yes, this is obviously very useful for studios or as a classroom tool. It could also be useful for projects where two or more people are working on the same scene remotely. One person can be doing the modeling, then pass off the model to the other person who can be doing the UV unwrap on that model as the first person begins another model for the scene, all done remotely but in real-time.
