Steve, I've got 8.6 and 9 on my 2 Macs. Waiting for PhotoShop to support OSX to upgrade, but that should be soon. Many G4s have dual processors, so if you included a real renderer (HINT!!!), I'd strongly suggest going to OSX and making use of multitasking if possible. Almost all graphics apps are migrating, and most of us use a half-dozen programs. If it is going to be a couple of years between upgrades (which my wallet wouldn't mind), you should reach for the best tech level you can build and support. If you have to notch back a little to be more bug-free and stable, that is ok, but if you don't reach, you will be perceived as old and non-competitive. Carolly
