Yes you can.. Just select the part you want to apply it to and set the Transparency Max to the degree you want.. This is a great way to make parts of clothing invisible. Sort of like turning parts on and off. For example the dress in the Victoria clothing pack has many parts.. The default is with the V-Neck invisible and long sleeves visible. If I set the sleeves to 100% and the V-Neck to 0% then The sleeves would become invisible and the neck visible. Very handy once you get used to it.
