Victoria 4 is exclusive to DAZ3D, she can only be purchased from them. If you already own Victoria 4 for DS, you should be able to download the companion Poser files through your account. I would strongly recommend manual installation especially if you are unfamiliar with DAZ Install Manager (DIM).
