You should really, the interface is a lot less confusing than it used to be. I'm still totally lost with many things but the community is so huge and there's so many tutorials and such good documentation that all that is just a matter of having not got around to it. I think the best way is to find one small task to do in blender, and once you get s grip on that the rest starts to open up. I'm actually using keyboard shortcuts now, something I hardly ever do. The thing is that Blender isn't strictly dependent on using shortcuts ALL the time now. Plus there's constantly new add ons that are really amazing...
