When you get an error during the checkout process, the card company will have a pending/hold charge on it. This charge will never process as there is no order associated with the charge. You should see those items are still in your cart. We do not have an order for you. This happens when the information in the details at top do not match what is on the card. Name, zip code, CSV number...etc. That hold will fall off the card automatically in 3 - 5 days.
