I don't mind the subscription model for Photoshop. (I hate it for Vue.) $10/month for Photoshop and Lightroom is worth it, IMO.

But I always keep the previous version installed, because sometimes their updates break stuff or aren't stable. I like to have the old version to go back to if necessary.
