I wouldn't pre-edit that collection folder without Poser's involvement. You can very easily break many connections with other runtimes and associated files. Create your folders then use the Poser Library to populate those folders with figures and content. You can accomplish this with the icons located at the bottom of the Library under the Favorites tab. By following that approach, your figure/content original locations will be preserved and you will have an easy link to them from the Favorites tab. The added bonus is that you can copy that Collections folder to another version of Poser and still have an active connection path to the original files.
