Re-installation may help. i haven't noticed this problem, myself. Of course, now that i've said that, i will, indubitably. i would also recommend attaching the VPC (or any hair) when Vicky comes in with her default position, and before posing her. Get it the way you want it, using MAT poses, etc., and then parent the VCPC to Vicki's head. Then start posing Vicki. This is true of clothing, also. Seems to work better before the character pose is started.
