So if you install through Daz Central and access the files through the Content library under Daz Studio Formats they load, but if you find the product in Smart Content they don't and instead ask you go online (if you aren't - I do recommend not logging in at all if you are not going to use Daz Studio itself to install) and download them? That sounds as if either Daz Central is not updating the database or Daz Studio is not seeing the updated database, which might well be an issue with security software.
