Hi, 2nd notice as mine has not been resolved - 2 purchased items and the Poser item grab bag are only ones shown in this purchase...No ticket needed. :smile: Those should all be fixed now. Please check the order you placed the Grab Bag item in...you should see an additional item in there for you now. Sorry for the trouble! I hope you all had a good holiday!

I too have run into the same problem with a Poser item grab bag - see order# 113734536
Grab Bag is there but no Poser item is provided nor is it in the gifted section of my account...
