Hello.
It would be best to send the vendor of the item a sitemail and confirm the usage allowances to make sure that isn't a mistake. If it is, we can fix that readme. If you find that it is in fact correct and you are unable to use the item, please ask them to send an email to store@renderosity.com with the order number and name of the item they are approving a refund for please?
