Ta,Cozmic ! Holler Holler Holler !!!! LOL Yup, I thought of that one too,(sfc.exe) I did replace the dll with the original one, but unfortunately that didn't do it for me... I'm thinking it might be hardware ? OK, so far I have tried everything you kind folks suggested with no luck, I'll probably just learn to live with it, coz I am now fed up with windows, and seriously addicted to caffeine, nicotine, and I'm thinking of something stronger...
