You should ask your Money back , either to the upgrade Price or the a full charge then buy again the upgrade version if you still wish having it ! And sure not hesitating to long.

Best would be to wait for Poser 12 for the final release as it is still after all this time a Prerelease. It still has many Bugs

I was not aware P12 was in pre-release that explains a lot.... I've been Posering since P2,  I'm not going to force a refund...I'll  bitch, whine, piss/moan and bellyache for a while.  I'm a grumpy old man, I tend to do what grumpy old men do best....LOL... Y'all have a great day.
